What you will do
- Own the strategy and roadmap for reactivating lapsed users and converting leads via email, push, in-app, and SMS.
- Analyze engagement, cohort, and behavior data to uncover drivers of reactivation and churn recovery.
- Build and manage an experimentation roadmap covering messaging, incentives, audiences, and channel mix.
- Launch and scale lifecycle campaigns from ideation to rollout using Braze and in-house tools.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize KPIs such as reactivation and lead-to-activation rates.
- Partner with Creative, Product, Analytics, and FP&A teams to align priorities and drive growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or CRM marketing, consulting, or analytics.
- Hands-on experience with user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Proven track record of owning lifecycle programs from strategy through execution and measurement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and testing plans.
- Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL for self-serve data extraction.
- Experience with Braze or similar lifecycle service providers and project management tools like Asana or JIRA.
