What you will do

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for reactivating lapsed users and converting leads via email, push, in-app, and SMS.
  • Analyze engagement, cohort, and behavior data to uncover drivers of reactivation and churn recovery.
  • Build and manage an experimentation roadmap covering messaging, incentives, audiences, and channel mix.
  • Launch and scale lifecycle campaigns from ideation to rollout using Braze and in-house tools.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize KPIs such as reactivation and lead-to-activation rates.
  • Partner with Creative, Product, Analytics, and FP&A teams to align priorities and drive growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or CRM marketing, consulting, or analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
  • Proven track record of owning lifecycle programs from strategy through execution and measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and testing plans.
  • Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL for self-serve data extraction.
  • Experience with Braze or similar lifecycle service providers and project management tools like Asana or JIRA.
