What you will do
- Build trusted customer relationships by identifying needs and proposing relevant product solutions.
- Conduct outbound calls and nurture leads to drive repeat business and revenue growth.
- Perform market and customer analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
- Manage customer data and track sales activities using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with teammates on sales planning and product education.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or retail roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or SAP preferred).
- Strong communication skills for phone and email engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be located in or able to work onsite in Newark, DE.
