About the Role

You will own the payments network end to end and oversee fiat coverage across countries You will manage relationships with PSPs banks and stablecoin orchestrators and translate partner capabilities into product requirements and strategy You will lead launch sequencing and provider strategy You will work closely with Engineering Legal and Sales to close coverage gaps and inform the payments roadmap You bring 6 to 10 years in payments and 3+ years in partnerships product or corporate development You should have strong analytical skills experience negotiating terms and a curiosity about the crypto space

Requirements

• Analytical depth: you've built or maintained models that drive real decisions and have a strong command of Excel and unit economics analysis
• Relationship ownership: you've personally managed PSP banking acquirer or stablecoin orchestrator relationships and have run negotiations yourself
• Product judgment: a track record of analysis translating into actual launch or substitution decisions
• Technical fluency: you understand how payment integrations work at a high level including APIs settlement on/off ramps and stablecoin orchestration and can scope integration specs with Engineering
• Payments experience: 6-10 years in payments with 3+ in partnerships product corp dev or a related role
• Collaborative leadership: you build trust and drive alignment across technical and non-technical cross-functional teams including Engineering Sales and Legal
• Crypto curiosity: you don't need to be crypto-native but you have a credible interest in the space
• Nice to have: experience with KYC fraud and chargeback policy across multiple geographies
• Nice to have: experience on the other side of the table from us such as at an onramp or PSP
• Nice to have: familiarity with crypto Web3 infrastructure and stablecoin payment rails
