What you will do

• Own and evolve the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital assets and capital markets platforms.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, treasury, compliance, legal, and data teams.
• Translate institutional counterparty needs into durable platform capabilities and prioritized investment areas.
• Identify and mitigate systemic risks across digital asset markets and on-chain/off-chain operations.
• Partner with data science to define modeling and decision-support systems for liquidity and capital efficiency.
• Mentor and coach other product managers to raise the quality of product thinking and execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in digital assets, financial services, or regulated domains.
• Proven experience defining strategy for complex, multi-stakeholder financial infrastructure products at global scale.
• Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous initiatives and influence executive leadership without authority.
• Strong track record of managing product, operational, and market risks in regulated environments.
• Deep analytical mindset with comfort leveraging data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience building products for institutional trading, liquidity, lending, or payments infrastructure.
• Familiarity with crypto-native financial systems, stablecoins, and blockchain-based market infrastructure.
