What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core identity data platform covering onboarding, verification, and authentication.
• Design end-to-end identity and authentication flows, including Passkey, OTC, and PIN verification logic.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to design scalable and secure data schemas for PII handling.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Design, Fraud, and Compliance teams to drive a cohesive platform strategy.
• Establish and track KPIs for verification success, platform adoption, and customer effort reduction.
• Drive the evolution of identification services by exploring AI-forward approaches like behavioral signals and LLM-aided decisioning.

Requirements

• Around 8 years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven expertise in Identity, KYC, Onboarding, Authentication, or IAM.
• Experience managing platform or shared infrastructure products for internal customers.
• Technical proficiency in API design and database schema structure.
• Strong analytical skills and experience defining product metrics and KPIs.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience managing AI-forward or ML-enabled products in identity, risk, or customer service.
