What you will do

• Define and lead a multi-year product roadmap for World ID features.
• Engage directly with users and developers to inform product strategy and requirements.
• Own all success metrics and analytics related to the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with the broader World ID team to define long-term strategic goals.
• Influence the entire product development lifecycle from concept to go-to-market.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a product manager in fintech, payments, digital identity, or Web3.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous environments and synthesize high-level goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of privacy and data governance standards.
• Experience as a former founder or individual contributor defining product vision and go-to-market strategy.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or equivalent engineering/design experience.

• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and crypto-native experiences.
• Experience with mobile-first product design.
