TL;DR

Salary: $208,000 – $260,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own and advance the strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements for settlement and billing infrastructure.
  • Define platform services by leveraging deep technical, operational, and regulatory knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Treasury, and Accounting to maintain essential product infrastructure.
  • Drive the transition from manual to automated workflows to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify and evaluate world-class vendors to augment internal capabilities.
  • Monitor product performance using data to inform strategic decisions and iterations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in financial technology, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager.
  • Extensive background in payments infrastructure, including settlement, reconciliation, and billing.
  • Technical competence in data models, API contracts, and distributed systems.
  • Proven track record of scaling and evangelizing successful platform products.
  • Ability to work across a wide collaborator matrix including operations and finance functions.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
