What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-functional software initiatives for midsize to large engineering teams.
• Own program plans, milestones, and delivery timelines for app and automotive programs.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leads to align execution with organizational priorities.
• Translate product requirements into technical plans, identifying scope and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Provide status updates and ensure transparency across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of experience as a TPM, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer-facing mobile apps, web platforms, or connected-car systems.
• Background working with distributed or cross-platform engineering teams.
• Ability to use AI applications to optimize TPM workflows.
