What you will do

• Analyze member communication performance across channels and segments to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Partner with Lifecycle Marketing stakeholders to surface opportunities and recommend data-grounded strategies.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of lifecycle campaigns and inform the roadmap.
• Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key lifecycle metrics and member behavior.
• Develop and maintain data models connecting communication data with behavioral and engagement metrics.
• Generate forward-looking recommendations to optimize lifecycle strategy for leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in growth, lifecycle, or product-focused environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills with mandatory proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Sigma or similar.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Must be prepared to relocate to work out of the Boston, MA office.
