Salary: $140K - $155K USD (base + bonus)

What you will do

• Lead analytical modeling, scenario planning, and quota allocation analysis for NORAM sales teams.
• Manage the NORAM forecasting rhythm, including dashboard governance and pipeline health analysis.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance insights for executive stakeholders and regional leadership.
• Analyze historical attainment, seller productivity, and account potential to inform quota recommendations.
• Collaborate with Global RevOps, IT, Data, and Finance to align KPIs and automate reporting processes.
• Act as a strategic analytical partner to translate business questions into GTM priorities and execution models.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or FP&A within B2B technology, cloud, or SaaS.
• Proven expertise in quota allocation modeling, territory capacity assessment, and scenario planning.
• Strong proficiency in CRM reporting platforms (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics), Power BI, and Excel.
• Practical experience using AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to automate tasks and improve workflows.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
• Experience preparing executive-level business reviews and leadership presentations.
