What you will do

• Oversee the reengineering and optimization of business processes and systems as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Configure and test systems to execute features, integrations, and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional designs and monitor global system enhancement requests.
• Perform complex root cause analysis and troubleshoot data integrity and process issues.
• Serve as a liaison between team members and stakeholders to drive project objectives.
• Provide design and architecture guidance to project teams for tactical initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen with an enterprise-wide mindset.
• Proven project management understanding and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and drive achievement of objectives.

Nice to have

• Extensive technical knowledge in at least one language or data management system such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Ability to learn and map platform ecosystems and integration points.
