What you will do

  • Lead the maintenance team, including mechanics, welders, and E&I technicians, providing functional direction and coaching.
  • Develop and implement 5-year long-term maintenance plans and manage yearly and monthly budgets.
  • Manage the site Work Management Program (WMP) and coordinate outage planning, schedules, and shutdowns.
  • Drive reliability improvements by identifying gaps and implementing root cause analysis (RCFA) and predictive maintenance.
  • Promote a strong safety and environmental stewardship culture, targeting zero incidents in collaboration with EHS personnel.
  • Oversee spare parts inventory levels and maintain a metric dashboard to prioritize maintenance actions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or have valid work authorization for the USA.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisor/manager experience in Waste-to-Energy, power, military, industrial, or chemical plant maintenance.
  • Knowledge of maintenance budgeting methodologies and spare parts inventory management.
  • Proficiency in electrical and instrumentation, including the National Electric Code and NFPA Arc Flash safety regulations.
  • Experience with reliability tools such as Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s or Engineering degree preferred.
