What you will do

• Provide technical support for plant operations by resolving assembly line issues and driving continuous flow.
• Identify root causes of downtime and develop strategies for process improvement.
• Manage capital expenditure projects, including vendor sourcing and defining scopes of work.
• Validate new tools and equipment, ensuring performance meets engineering and quality standards.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure processes comply with OSHA standards.
• Train operators and production leads on new processes and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred).
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Solidworks.
• Proven track record in project management for capital projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with JDE software.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience with FMEA and Design of Experiments.
