Location: Fully remote within the United States (Core hours: 8 AM to 5 PM ET)

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 Annually

What you will do

• Provide daily strategic, operational, and technical delivery consultation to the Senior Program Manager and the broader Product Line.
• Shape and maintain strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and operational plans.
• Manage Agile delivery using SAFe, Kanban, and DevSecOps to ensure high-quality execution across workstreams.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, risks, and dependencies via high-quality leadership communications.
• Coordinate process requirements, including scheduling, risk management, and change management across teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions to ensure high-quality deliverables and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
• Strong experience with Agile development methodologies and SDLC.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience within VA Healthcare IT or OIT and familiarity with VA systems and processes.
• PMP and SAFe certifications.
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma and LEAN principles.
• Experience with DevSecOps, release management, and configuration management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
