Scrum Master I (Fintech): Guiding and coaching Scrum Teams to apply agile values and the Scrum Framework to deliver customer value with an accent on removing impediments and facilitating Scrum events. Focus on fostering a safe team environment, optimizing product backlog refinement, and driving continuous improvement through servant leadership.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Arlington, TX; 2 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Coach Scrum Teams on agile values and the Scrum Framework to improve customer satisfaction.
• Remove impediments and protect the development team from external interruptions.
• Facilitate key Scrum events, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Partner with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
• Foster a trusting, blame-free environment centered on collaborative problem-solving.
• Empower teams to become self-organized and continuously improve their processes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a project manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Must hold a Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I, or PMI-ACP).
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or TFS.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile frameworks.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
