Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions for the development team.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Administer the team's scrum board, ensuring JIRA cards are accurate and actively groomed.
• Bridge communication between federal stakeholders, end users, and the development team to align priorities.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and develop recommendations for business process improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including traceability matrices and process flows in Confluence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Must meet U.S. Department of Transportation / NHTSA contract clearance and onboarding requirements.
• Proven experience performing operational analysis of business processes and web-based applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating technical needs to business owners.

Nice to have

• Experience in federal contracting, specifically with U.S. DOT, NHTSA, or other civilian agencies.
• Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe.
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
