Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations

Location: San Francisco, CA or Remote (USA)

Salary: $180,000–$245,000 base salary annually, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Build Voice of Customer systems that turn feedback from auditors, customers, and go-to-market teams into actionable product signals.
• Establish dashboards, KPIs, and mechanisms for measuring product success and user impact.
• Analyze competitive positioning, agent capability expansion, unit economics, inference costs, and cost-to-serve to inform roadmap sequencing.
• Own product development processes, planning cycles, roadmap reviews, monthly business reviews, launch calendars, intake frameworks, and RACI structures.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success without direct authority.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, product or corporate strategy, consulting, or a related operational role.
• Experience working at a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
• Experience building processes and programs from scratch and scaling them thoughtfully.
• Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data, including usage metrics, feedback themes, and retention signals, into recommendations and roadmap inputs.
• Ability to pull and analyze data independently and drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
