Salary: $185,000 – $225,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Copilot AI assistant and inbox workflows.
• Make high-judgment decisions on priorities, trade-offs, and sequencing to maximize business impact.
• Utilize quantitative metrics and qualitative user research to identify and prioritize product improvements.
• Lead end-to-end product development from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive successful outcomes.
• Drive alignment among key stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management in a technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI, including experience using or building AI-powered tooling.
• Strong design and systems thinking skills with the ability to break down complex interdependencies.
• Excellent product intuition and a proven track record of shipping high-quality solutions.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with experience managing senior and executive stakeholders.
