What you will do

  • Conduct regular audits of trainer delivery and adherence to SOPs to ensure consistent quality.
  • Lead onboarding sessions for new hires on the PM shift and track their productivity ramp-up and early retention.
  • Provide structured coaching and feedback to trainers to improve effectiveness and engagement.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards in Google Sheets to track cross-training progress and skill development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training gaps and propose curriculum enhancements based on audits and feedback.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for PM training operations during manager absences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2–3 years of experience in training, facilitation, or L&D, preferably in a warehouse or operations environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal).
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • Must be based in Las Vegas, NV and able to work on-site.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift.
