What you will do

• Design, develop, and continuously improve training programs that support manufacturing operations and business goals.
• Assess learning needs and translate them into structured solutions, including curricula and learning paths.
• Standardize training content and frameworks to ensure scalability across different teams and locations.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to capture technical knowledge and convert it into effective learning experiences.
• Manage LMS-related activities, including enrollments, reporting, and communication of requirements.
• Conduct audits of trainer performance and provide coaching to close skill gaps.

Requirements

• Experience in Learning & Development or training program design within a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Solid understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning concepts, and blended learning approaches.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content development platforms.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship will be provided for this position.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Kanban.
