Location: Based in Austin, TX or remote within the US, with up to 50% travel required for onsite engagements.

What you will do

  • Deliver engaging product-focused training sessions to customer teams during and after onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain structured curriculum outlines tailored to various personas.
  • Design and deliver webinar-style trainings to address recurring customer questions.
  • Launch and manage a Train-the-Trainer certification program for customer admins.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to align training content.
  • Track training activity and customer feedback to continuously improve delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer or employee training within SaaS or technology environments.
  • Proven ability to facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for onsite customer training and meetings.
  • Experience developing learning content, playbooks, or structured curricula.
  • Strong understanding of customer onboarding and success dynamics.
  • Title and/or hirify.global industry experience is required.
