What you will do
- Deliver engaging product-focused training sessions to customer teams during and after onboarding.
- Develop and maintain structured curriculum outlines tailored to various personas.
- Design and deliver webinar-style trainings to address recurring customer questions.
- Launch and manage a Train-the-Trainer certification program for customer admins.
- Collaborate with Onboarding, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to align training content.
- Track training activity and customer feedback to continuously improve delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer or employee training within SaaS or technology environments.
- Proven ability to facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for onsite customer training and meetings.
- Experience developing learning content, playbooks, or structured curricula.
- Strong understanding of customer onboarding and success dynamics.
- Title and/or industry experience is required.
