Location: Fully remote (Must be based in the UK)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 FTE

What you will do
- Manage the full employee and associate journey, including onboarding, compliance, contract changes, and offboarding.
- Provide advice to employees and managers on HR systems, L&D, policies, and internal processes.
- Own and maintain the People and L&D knowledge center pages to promote a self-serve approach.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for L&D, governance, compliance requirements, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with TA, payroll, finance, and BI teams to collect people metrics and data to drive decision-making.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Experience in healthcare compliance, specifically managing DBS checks, professional clinical registrations, and right-to-work documentation.
- Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and UK employment law.
- Experience with People systems (ideally Hibob), reporting, and data analytics.
- Ability to communicate complex or clinically sensitive information effectively to various stakeholders.
- Professional home working environment with a minimum 2 mbps internet connection.

- Previous experience working specifically with the Hibob HR system.
