TL;DR

People Systems Lead (HR Operations): Analyzing, optimizing, and evolving end-to-end People operations and HR infrastructure with an accent on system enhancements and automation. Focus on redesigning workflows, managing HRIS (HiBob), and improving the overall employee lifecycle experience.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Portugal, Spain, or The Netherlands)

What you will do

  • Map and evaluate end-to-end People processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and simplification opportunities.
  • Redesign workflows to improve scalability, reduce manual effort, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Optimize HRIS (HiBob) configurations, fields, and automation to reflect well-designed processes.
  • Own data accuracy across People systems to ensure operational rigor, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering high-quality operational support.

Requirements

  • Experience in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong systems thinking mindset with the ability to design improvements that scale.
  • Working knowledge of HR systems, specifically HiBob or similar HRIS tools.
  • Proven experience supporting multi-country populations across the US and Europe.
  • Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Portugal, Spain, or The Netherlands.
  • Availability for an initial 12-month fixed term contract (FTC).
