TL;DR
Global Mobility Manager (HR/Immigration): Managing the end-to-end assignment lifecycle and immigration compliance for a multinational workforce with an accent on UK visa routes and risk management. Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Osterley, London. Must have the appropriate right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not offered for this position.

What you will do
- Manage the full assignment lifecycle in partnership with Global Mobility operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead risk and compliance across Global Mobility and Immigration, providing pragmatic guidance on complex cases.
- Collaborate with Reward teams to manage salary reviews and equity solutions for cross-border moves.
- Own end-to-end immigration casework and enhance compliance processes, reporting, and governance frameworks.
- Manage external vendors and lead key initiatives, such as STBV technology implementation, to drive efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, offering risk-based recommendations to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Global Mobility and immigration casework in a complex, multinational environment.
- Strong UK immigration expertise, including sponsor licence compliance and key visa routes.
- Working knowledge of EU and US immigration regulations.
- Experience overseeing international working and short-term business travel compliance frameworks.
- Broad understanding of tax, payroll, reward, and employment law.
- Must have the appropriate right to work in the UK.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering technology or system implementations for mobility or travel tools.
- Track record of driving process optimization and governance enhancements within Global Mobility.
- Experience managing external vendors and multi-supplier environments with a focus on cost control.
- Exposure to strategic talent deployment, policy development, or transformation projects.
