What you will do

• Partner with Product, Growth, and Credit teams to influence investment decisions and go-to-market execution.
• Own and evolve monetization and user growth models for direct-to-consumer channels.
• Develop expertise in unit economics and customer lifetime value to guide resource allocation.
• Lead top-line planning, forecasting, and performance tracking processes.
• Build automated dashboards and analytical frameworks to improve organizational visibility.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable narratives for executive decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analytical roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Expertise in financial modeling and proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Must be based in the United States as this role is restricted to US-based employees.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Strong business judgment with a player-coach mindset for team development.
