What you will do
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Credit teams to influence investment decisions and go-to-market execution.
- Own and evolve monetization and user growth models for direct-to-consumer channels.
- Develop expertise in unit economics and customer lifetime value to guide resource allocation.
- Lead top-line planning, forecasting, and performance tracking processes.
- Build automated dashboards and analytical frameworks to improve organizational visibility.
- Synthesize complex data into actionable narratives for executive decision-making.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytical roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.
- Expertise in financial modeling and proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Must be based in the United States as this role is restricted to US-based employees.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Strong business judgment with a player-coach mindset for team development.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with consumer finance and direct-to-consumer business models.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven tools like Cursor or Claude Code for analytical workflows.
