Senior Product Manager, Classification (AI)

Location: Helsinki, Finland; flexible hybrid working model with office and remote-work options

Salary: €6,300–€6,800 per month, with higher compensation possible for particularly senior profiles

What you will do

• Lead the Data Classification product team and define product vision, strategy, and direction.
• Engage customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize valuable problems.
• Research market trends and competition and translate insights into product decisions.
• Own the roadmap and coordinate the product lifecycle from research and discovery through design, development, maintenance, and communication.
• Lead the team alongside the Engineering Manager and coach one direct report.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market plans and strategies.

Requirements

• Relevant product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to explain complex problems to engineers, business stakeholders, and the CEO.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Comfort with technology, data, and analytics; coding experience is not required.
• Outcome-driven ownership, customer focus, and the ability to develop and execute a product vision.
