Senior Product Manager (AI/B2B SaaS): Leading the Data Classification Product team to build key foundations of procurement analytics with an accent on product vision, strategy, and stakeholder management. Salary: 6,300–6,800 EUR per month

What you will do
- Define product vision and strategy for the Data Classification domain based on customer needs and market trends.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from research, discovery, and design to development and maintenance.
- Prioritize the development roadmap and lead the team alongside the Engineering Manager.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to create effective go-to-market plans and strategies.
- Interact with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to identify and solve core business problems.
- Coach and mentor one direct report within the product team.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in product management, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment.
- English: C1 (Excellent) communication skills required to manage complex stakeholders from engineers to the CEO.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows and create new capabilities.
- Comfortability with technology, data, and analytics to make well-grounded product decisions.
