Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 USD annual

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.
• Drive the modernization of legacy systems toward microservices, APIs, and cloud-native platforms.
• Develop and support containerized services using Docker, EKS, ECS, and Fargate.
• Collaborate with product and business organizations to align technical roadmaps with strategic planning.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers to promote best practices in code quality and security.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, and operational observability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and containerized deployments (Docker, EKS, ECS).
• Proficiency in secure coding practices and relational databases (SQL).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for engineering acceleration.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
