What you will do
- Handle user requests via the ticketing system, including hardware ordering and software license assignment.
- Manage physical hardware tasks, including receiving, preparing, and distributing equipment.
- Develop and optimize operational workflows and consolidate current procedures.
- Create and maintain service documentation, work instructions, and process guides.
- Collaborate with international colleagues to provide cross-organizational support.
Requirements
- Relevant IT-related education.
- Experience working in IT Support or Service Desk.
- Proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft technologies including Azure AD, SharePoint, and M365.
- Knowledge of general ITSM principles and a process-oriented mindset.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
