What you will do

• Deliver on-site technical support for Aarhus end-users, including hardware, software, networking, printers, and meeting room equipment.
• Handle escalated and complex tickets in collaboration with the Group IT team.
• Modernize the Service Desk by identifying inefficiencies and refining workflows.
• Explore and implement AI tools to enhance service quality.
• Support critical incident handling and participate in security audits and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT support with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Windows technologies, including Active Directory, Intune, and cloud services.
• Solid experience with VPN, Office 365, and networking hardware.
• Fluency in English; fluency in Danish is an advantage.
• Must have lived in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years and be able to present a clean criminal record for security clearance.
