Senior IT-Supporter

What you will do

• Provide on-site first- and second-line technical support for Aarhus end-users, covering hardware, software, networking, printers, and meeting room equipment.
• Handle escalated and complex tickets through Ivanti Neurons in collaboration with Group IT colleagues.
• Support critical incident handling and contribute to security audits and risk assessments.
• Modernise Service Desk operations by documenting processes, identifying inefficiencies, and refining workflows.
• Share technical knowledge and contribute to team learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least five years of IT support experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on proficiency with Windows technologies, Active Directory, Intune, and cloud services.
• Solid experience with VPN, Office 365, meeting room equipment, printers, networking, hardware, and software.
• Fluent English is required.
• A clean criminal record and residence in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years are required because of security-classified projects.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Danish.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket and development pipelines.
