What you will do
- Develop and grow strategic relationships with enterprise clients in the energy sector to expand revenue and strengthen partnerships.
- Create and execute data-driven account plans to improve client retention and accelerate expansion.
- Collaborate with delivery leaders, solution architects, and marketing teams to align client needs with company capabilities.
- Lead complex contract negotiations and close high-value enterprise opportunities.
- Monitor account health and drive client satisfaction by ensuring delivery outcomes meet agreed KPIs.
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities using market intelligence and strategic analysis.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management with a proven track record of revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in account strategy development, growth planning, and consultative selling.
- Proven ability to engage and manage relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Practical experience aligning business objectives with technology-driven solutions in a consulting or IT services environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be based in the US with the ability to travel up to 30% as business needs require.
