Senior Sales Executive (Legal Marketing): Developing and growing new customer accounts within the legal community in an assigned territory with an accent on consultative selling and prospecting. Location: New York Metropolitan Area, New York, United States (Must be based in the field on most business days)
Compensation: $75,000 base + uncapped commission (Averaging $80,000–$150,000)

What you will do
- Develop and grow new customer accounts among small-to-mid sized law firms in the New York territory.
- Attain monthly sales targets and quotas through active prospecting and cold calling.
- Consult with clients to design web-based marketing strategies that improve their business generation.
- Collaborate with internal Account Management teams to ensure post-sales satisfaction and client retention.
- Manage client relationships and resolve concerns in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record of success in outside B2B sales, consistently achieving 100%+ of performance goals.
- Must be located in the New York Metropolitan Area and available for field visits and occasional overnight travel.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
