Location: USA (Seattle or Nashville); remote/office work with up to 30% travel to client and team locations.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 annually (base) + variable compensation.

What you will do

  • Develop and grow strategic relationships with US enterprise clients in the Energy sector, managing key accounts to expand revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships using Salesforce.
  • Own account growth strategy by creating and executing data-driven account plans to increase revenue, improve retention, and accelerate expansion opportunities using analytics and CRM dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
  • Collaborate with delivery leaders, solution architects, and marketing to align client needs with hirify.global capabilities and coordinate pursuit strategies.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations and close high-value enterprise opportunities using contract management systems, CRM tracking, and financial modeling.
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention by ensuring delivery outcomes meet agreed KPIs and monitoring account health via customer success metrics and CRM reporting.
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities using market intelligence and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of success managing and expanding strategic enterprise client accounts.
  • Proven expertise in account strategy development, growth planning, and consultative selling with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and driving revenue growth in complex enterprise accounts.
  • Practical experience aligning business objectives with technology-driven solutions in a consulting or IT services environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to client and team locations as business needs require.
