What you will do

• Drive new business revenue through integrated corporate partnerships involving jersey placement, stadium inventory, digital/social assets, and hospitality.
• Develop strategic outbound sales plans and maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent networking and outreach.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach and proposal development to pricing strategy, negotiation, and contracting.
• Build customized, insight-driven partnership platforms that align brand objectives with club and fan engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, operations, legal, and finance teams to ensure successful execution.
• Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to overall department-wide revenue strategy and commercial growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a sales support role within the sports or entertainment industry.
• Knowledge and experience with marketing platform integration, including digital, event, and hospitality assets.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proactive, self-starter approach and high energy.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for C-Suite level presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data processing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
