TL;DR

VP Revenue (B2B SaaS): Driving the commercial strategy, GTM motion, and international expansion for a recruiting software platform with an accent on outbound sales, RevOps, and multi-functional leadership. Focus on scaling revenue growth from a PLG/MLG foundation into new global markets and building a data-driven sales architecture.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany

Salary: EUR 150,000 – 200,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own and execute the overall revenue strategy across outbound GTM, account management, and RevOps.
  • Define and drive the international expansion strategy, including market prioritization and localization.
  • Lead, coach, and scale high-performance commercial teams to build a world-class revenue motion.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align the full funnel and integrate PLG/MLG with sales motions.
  • Establish a data-driven revenue culture focusing on forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Partner with the CEO and management team to shape the overall company strategy and future.

Requirements

  • Proven VP-level sales leadership in a B2B SaaS environment with a track record of delivering targets.
  • Experience leading international expansion and winning in new markets.
  • Ability to build and scale outbound sales functions, specifically transitioning from PLG/inbound-first models.
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS commercial experience, with at least 2 years in a Head of / VP leadership role.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR tech, recruitment software, or adjacent SaaS verticals.
  • Strong professional network within the European SaaS ecosystem.
  • Experience managing or collaborating closely with marketing functions.
