What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of 5–6 sales and renewal specialists across Berlin, London, Delhi, Singapore, and Manila.
- Develop and implement a scalable, winning sales motion for university markets in Europe (excl. DACH) and APAC.
- Directly manage critical B2B deals, co-owning strategy, messaging, and negotiation with senior academic stakeholders.
- Expand the B2B footprint and increase overall company revenue through strategic regional growth and account management.
- Provide critical market feedback to the product team to inform the development of new features, including AI integration.
- Collaborate with global sales leaders and cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 6+ years of proven success in consultative, relationship-driven B2B sales.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 5+ direct reports.
- Strong ability to influence and negotiate with senior academic stakeholders such as deans and educators.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% to represent the company at key events in Europe and APAC.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace.
- English: C1 level (excellent) required.

- Experience selling into universities, medical education, EdTech, or governmental academic institutions.
- Genuine cultural awareness and professional experience working across European and APAC markets.
- Additional language proficiency.
