Compensation: €135,000–€180,000 (including annual incentive target).

• Identify and qualify high-value leads for low-code, AI, and data science solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans to build a robust sales pipeline.

• Present the unique value proposition of hirify.global, Graph Studio, and AI Cloud platforms.
• Lead the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Showcase how data-driven automation drives efficiency and competitive advantage for enterprise clients.

Requirements

• Proven track record in selling enterprise platform solutions (PaaS, low-code, or AI/data science).
• Established professional network in the DACH region.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level required).
• Experience selling to Financial Services or Manufacturing industries.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-step sales cycles with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
