What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales funnel and revenue performance for the DACH region.
- Define and execute regional go-to-market strategies to capture key enterprise accounts.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement to contract closure.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on accountability and results.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to deliver integrated account strategies.
- Represent the company at executive-level industry events and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including leadership or team lead capacity within the DACH region.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
- Strong expertise in B2B enterprise software or SaaS, with retail industry exposure.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and international environment.
