What you will do
- Generate new business through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, events, and networking.
- Conduct discovery and qualification to understand customer challenges and identify business value.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations positioning Monday.com and 's services as solutions.
- Manage the entire commercial cycle from first contact through proposals and negotiations to closing.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Consultants to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales role.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
- Must be currently located in the Netherlands.
- Strong understanding of business processes and passion for digital tools and SaaS applications.
- Proven experience in pipeline generation and managing complex sales opportunities.
