Location: Must be based in Mechelen, Belgium (On-site role). Candidates must hold a permanent work and residence permit for Belgium.

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for the Engage proposition, including prospecting, discovery, demos, and contract negotiation.
- Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients, ensuring continuity and context after the deal is closed.
- Engage with stakeholders up to C-level across industries like E-Commerce, Retail, Finance, and Logistics.
- Represent the company at events, deliver keynotes, and conduct compelling product demonstrations.
- Utilize AI tools and automation to modernize workflows and improve sales processes.
- Collaborate internally with presales, product teams, and local account management colleagues.
Requirements
- Full professional fluency in Dutch and English.
- French proficiency is a strong plus.
- Permanent work and residence permit for Belgium is mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing a full B2B sales cycle with multi-stakeholder deals.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Mechelen for daily team collaboration.
