Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the Netherlands, near Den Bosch) with regular travel to the UK.
Salary: Approximately €115,000 OTE

What you will do
- Lead commercial growth and set the strategic direction for the Netherlands and UK markets.
- Manage and coach the sales team while actively closing high-value deals and deepening client relationships.
- Drive revenue generation specifically within the education, government, and public health sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development to translate market insights into product improvements.
- Leverage AI tooling for prospecting, pipeline analysis, and sales forecasting.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of commercial experience, specifically in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record with complex sales cycles, including tenders and public procurement.
- Experience in both the Dutch and UK markets.
- Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English and Dutch.
- University degree level of thinking and working.
- Willingness to travel to the UK regularly.
