What you will do

  • Drive inbound sales growth and identify new leads through dedicated inbound channels.
  • Advise customers on potential solutions and build strong long-term relationships through excellent service.
  • Prepare and optimize email sequences and manage professional customer correspondence.
  • Conduct online platform demos to showcase product benefits and features.
  • Create and negotiate commercial offers to close deals with potential customers.
  • Identify and execute upselling opportunities for active customers.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of technology platforms and tools.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
