What you will do

• Build and deploy AI-powered applications using modern LLMs and agent frameworks.
• Design, implement, and optimize RAG systems using vector databases.
• Develop internal AI tools to improve productivity, automation, and customer experience.
• Create evaluation frameworks to measure AI quality, reliability, and business impact.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and monitor production systems.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.

Requirements

• Professional experience developing and deploying AI-powered applications, including LLMs and RAG systems.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, databases, and cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and model evaluation.
• Ability to independently build prototypes and ship features to production.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases like Pinecone or pgvector.
• Familiarity with agentic workflows and tool calling.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of AI observability and evaluation platforms.
