Salary: PLN 36,000 - 40,000 gross monthly (Krakow/Poland)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable services that support the AI lifecycle.
• Develop infrastructure and APIs to integrate third-party services.
• Implement and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for validating, deploying, and monitoring AI models.
• Build and scale APIs and SDKs for serving AI models and systems.
• Develop frameworks to track data drift, model decay, and operational health.
• Establish the backbone for AI governance, data versioning, and a central feature store.

Requirements

• Degree in a STEM field or equivalent and a solid foundation in computer science.
• Proven track record of designing and operating scalable backend systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python as the primary programming language.
• Expertise in distributed systems, containerization, and orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with the AI/ML lifecycle, including deployment and model management.

Nice to have

• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Familiarity with high-performance model serving for large-scale or Generative AI models.
• Experience building internal platforms or developer tools.
• Knowledge of data and model versioning strategies.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
