TL;DR

AI Engineer (Python/Azure): Building and optimizing AI agents and intelligent automations to transform core business processes with an accent on agentic AI technology and orchestration logic. Focus on designing production-ready AI workflows, ensuring compliance with EU AI Act and GDPR, and delivering measurable operational impact.

Location: Hybrid (Nacka Strand, Sweden or Nijmegen, Netherlands). No relocation or work permit sponsorship support provided.

What you will do

  • Design and develop agentic AI solutions using Python and the Microsoft Agentic Framework.
  • Translate business processes and pain points into functional AI agents and automation logic.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate and refine AI-driven workflows.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to AI governance, GDPR, and EU AI Act requirements.
  • Build production-ready AI systems that automate core business processes and deliver measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of professional thinking.
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally with cloud-based or AI-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud platforms (Azure is a plus).
  • Technical ability to design AI workflows and production-ready applications.
  • Good understanding of CI/CD principles and Git-based workflows.
  • Must possess valid work authorization for the target locations (no sponsorship available).
