What you will do

• Own technical discovery and lead product demonstrations for active enterprise deals.
• Partner with Account Executives to design customer-specific POCs and integration strategies.
• Build fluency in Vapi’s voice-agent architecture, telephony, and LLM orchestration.
• Lead the technical side of enterprise deals from initial call through to successful go-live.
• Document integration patterns and common objections to improve the sales and implementation process.
• Provide feedback on product gaps to the engineering and product teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture.
• Must be based in the EMEA region.
• Proficiency in writing code to build integrations, read API responses, and debug technical issues.
• Experience with voice, telephony, or contact center infrastructure (e.g., SIP, Twilio, Genesys, Five9).
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both engineers and executives.
• Strong interest in technical sales, architecture, and objection handling.
