• Act as an internal AI evangelist to drive adoption across the R&D organization.
• Support engineers in integrating AI into workflows for coding, debugging, and design.
• Stay current with AI developments and translate them into practical working methods.
• Evolve the shared AI platform and tools based on developer feedback.
• Identify patterns across teams to create reusable solutions and guidelines.
• Provide guidance on quality, security, and responsible AI use.

Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering at scale.
• Experience with developer tools and workflows such as GitHub Copilot and VS Code.
• Experience in platform engineering or shared developer infrastructure.
• Ability to build trust and influence technical workflows across a large organization.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at Lund HQ, Sweden.
