What you will do

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap across Marketing, Personalization, Loyalty, and Communications API portfolios.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Group Product Managers and PMs, elevating the standards of product thinking and delivery.
  • Establish a culture of continuous discovery grounded in customer evidence and quantitative research.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to ensure predictable delivery and manage complex cross-pod dependencies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing on GTM strategies, pricing, and packaging decisions.
  • Define and track portfolio-level KPIs to drive data-driven prioritization and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading Product Management teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong background in the digital marketing or martech space.
  • Proven experience in a sales-led SaaS business, collaborating closely with commercial teams.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML product development in a commercial context.
  • Experience designing and operating a pod or squad model in Agile environments.
  • Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and manage R&D investment planning (CapEx/OpEx).
