What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the mobile application across iOS and Android.
• Lead continuous discovery by engaging with users to translate insights into product opportunities.
• Define and track north-star metrics and KPIs for adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Drive end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-performance mobile experiences.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve user workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany
• 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on mobile B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling mobile products on iOS and Android.
• Experience managing App Store and Google Play release cycles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle.
