What you will do

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives at leading financial institutions.
  • Design tailored enterprise-grade solutions in collaboration with product, delivery, and marketing teams.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million-dollar SaaS contracts to expand hirify.global's market footprint.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve sales targets and drive account expansion.
  • Serve as the voice of the client within hirify.global to influence product roadmaps based on market demands.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of building pipelines from scratch and winning new enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success in managing strategic relationships with senior executives in large institutions.
  • Deep familiarity with banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, or consumer lending.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to maintain client partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or equivalent commercial experience.
