TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid role in San Francisco).

Compensation: $275,000–$320,000 OTE (including bonus/commission).

What you will do

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite executives at top-tier brands.
  • Identify and pursue net-new strategic accounts through targeted prospecting and outbound efforts.
  • Implement a consultative sales approach to identify priority business challenges and sell value-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Drive account expansion within assigned accounts using market insights.
  • Manage sales pipelines and ensure accurate forecasting using Salesforce and Clari.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic SaaS sales, specifically focusing on large enterprise clients.
  • Proven background in complex solution selling, Value Selling, and Business Value Assessments.
  • Strong ability to source and prospect new accounts through effective outbound strategies.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills for articulating complex concepts.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to travel as needed.
